What you need to know

Common trips include vet appointments, kennels and catteries, dog-friendly days out, moving home and Eurotunnel or ferry runs.

Many cab firms quietly refuse pets. We do not: tell us you are travelling with a dog or other pet when you book and we send a driver who is happy to carry them, with a boot liner or seat cover in place.

Assistance dogs are always carried at no extra charge - that is the law under the Equality Act 2010, and it is our policy anyway.

Cars, fares and pickup points

Saloons take up to four passengers and two large cases, estates add boot space, MPVs seat up to seven and minibuses up to sixteen. Child seats are available on request.

Every fare to the vet, the park or the airport is fixed when you book and includes the driver, fuel and tolls on the agreed route. We collect from homes, hotels, offices, stations and hospitals across Bromley, Bexley, Dartford and south-east London, and drop off anywhere you need. If plans change, amend or cancel online or by phone - our cancellation terms are shown before you confirm.

How booking works

Tell us the pickup address, destination, date and time (and flight number for airport pickups).
We quote one fixed fare - you approve it before anything is booked.
You receive the driver's name, car and phone number before pickup.
